**** “Powerfully written and performed, evocatively lit and inventively directed and designed,
this is a propelling production which will appeal to cyclists and pedestrians alike.” The Stage

“…the staging adds a fascinating dimension. Three bikes in constant motion but going nowhere,
tension rising and falling as the story changes gear. At times the pace is relentless and
all credit on a physical level to the company in this Theatre Royal production.” Whats on Stage

“Full credit needs to be given to the technical aspects of this production. Georgia Lowe’s set
is a simple raised platform, to become the road, on which the three bikes are mounted,
run on rollers, concealed just beneath the stage platform. The platform is lit from
above by rows of thin tubular panels producing stark white light which intensify the
action and, at times, suggesting a laboratory or even torture chamber.” The Reviews Hub
